Smoother mobile experience📱

We want writing on your phone to be just as comfortable as on your computer. That’s why we’ve overhauled the mobile UX to make it feel more like a native app.

• "Text | Chat" Tabs – No more clutter. We’ve added two clear sections at the top. Use the Text tab to focus on your writing, and the Chat tab to brainstorm with Lyra.

• Unread Message Badges – If Lyra responds while you're busy polishing your text, you’ll see a discreet counter on the Chat tab. You won't miss a beat.

• Bottom Toolbar – We moved the most important tools (rhymes, synonyms, syllables) to the bottom. They’re now always within reach (and right under your thumb!).

A smarter Lyra and improved chat

Working with AI should feel like talking to a songwriting expert. Lyra is now more direct and focused on the craft.

• Direct Communication – Lyra has cut the "small talk." She now focuses on facts and providing specific, actionable help for your lyrics.

• Faster "Write" Mode – We’ve reduced the number of follow-up questions. Lyra now jumps straight to generating suggestions so you can stay in your creative flow.

• Better Structure – Lyra now has a better grasp of song architecture, recognizing that verses are usually 8-16 lines and choruses are a solid 8.

• Better "Add to Text" – Every suggestion from Lyra now appears in a clean card with a dedicated button, making it easier than ever to apply changes.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a "content refresh" issue that sometimes occurred when applying several AI takes in a row.

• Chat tools now automatically clear out old suggestions, ensuring you only see what's relevant to your current work.

Line Selection

We’ve made it much easier to focus on specific parts of your writing. You can now interact directly with line numbers to select, edit, and refine your lyrics.

Clickable Line Numbers

You can now click the number on the left side of the editor to highlight your text instantly!

• Select a line – click a number to highlight that specific line.

• Select a range – Shift + click selects a range of lines (from the last selection to the current one).

• Deselect – click a highlighted line number again to clear the selection.

AI Tools Now Support Selections

Your AI assistant is now context-aware. Selected lines are automatically shared with our tools:

• Find Rhymes – searches for rhymes for the last word of the selected line.

• Match Syllables – rewrites the selected line with a different syllable count.

• Chat with Lyra – Lyra sees exactly what you’ve highlighted. Try saying, "improve these lines."

A badge above the chat window shows which lines are selected - click the X to deselect them.

We’ve completely overhauled our AI Chat to feel less like a bot and more like a collaborator. You can now switch between four distinct work modes depending on where you are in your creative process:

• Brainstorm: Perfect for when you're facing a blank page and need fresh ideas, themes, or concepts.

• Write: Let the AI help you draft new verses and choruses from scratch.

• Coach: Get honest analysis and constructive feedback to help your songwriting grow.

• Refine: Use this to polish your existing lines until they’re just right.

• Interactive Tools: The assistant can now propose edits directly within your text and ask clarifying questions to learn your unique style.

Writer’s block doesn’t wait, and now, neither do you. We’ve made the chat experience feel much more natural and fluid.

We’ve smoothed out the edges to give you a more focused workspace. You’ll notice a refreshed logo and app icons, along with a refined color theme that’s much easier on the eyes. We’ve also enhanced the interface readability so your lyrics can take center stage without any distractions.
